The business is led by an owner who spent 17 years in corporate operations, building accountable teams and scaling service organizations. When the opportunity came to acquire Sentry Property Service as its third owner, he brought that same discipline into commercial landscaping. The result is a company that runs like a professional operation — documented scopes, reliable scheduling, and clear communication at every step.

Our services cover the full commercial landscape cycle. We handle landscape installation and enhancements, ongoing maintenance, irrigation system installation and repair, weed control, fertilization, tree and shrub trimming, mulch and rock installation, and spring and fall cleanups. When winter arrives, our snow removal crews keep parking lots, walkways, and common areas safe and accessible.
